Shipping Procedure

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Delays
Has the maximum delivery time passed and you still haven't received your order? Don't despair and please wait another 2 business days (Monday-Friday) and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your shipment still hasn't arrived, contact us and provide your order number. We will help you find your order and deliver it as quickly as possible. We shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped out, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.
